3R Academy has been opened specifically for Mizo youths seeking employment. Many who have not studied Mathematics beyond High School often encounter difficulties with Mathematics and Reasoning subjects in competitive job exams. This Academy is prepared as a place where such individuals can be taught Mathematics specifically from the very foundations.
However, simply understanding the subject is not enough. Since one must answer many questions within a very short timeframe, problems must be solved quickly. Therefore, this is also a place where various shortcut methods are taught to achieve that speed.
We are now living in the world of Information Technology (IT). Beyond the general skills required by the public, it is even more essential for students and job seekers to possess diverse technical skills. If used effectively, various AI tools can be excellent aids in one’s studies. These important skills are also taught at this Academy.
Furthermore, there are plans to soon launch the "Diploma in Computer Application (DCA-I)," which is a mandatory requirement for applying for many jobs under the Government of Mizoram.
As a Multi-Skill Learning Centre, the Academy will continue to prepare various essential skills for children to learn. Additionally, various Skill Development programs that can serve as sustainable livelihoods for educated youths will also be made available.
